Engineering
Engineering used to be seen as a very selfish profession because basically you couldn’t make very much for other people, while your still limited on what you can make for others it has increased and having at least one high level engineer in a guild is seen as huge bonus especially when it comes to tanking gun they can make at level 375.
No engineer is complete without a set of jumper cables, they ability to bring someone back to life in a raid even thought it’s just a chance is always welcome and is especially handy for hunters, rouges and mages who can get out of combat (well hide like little girls) while the rest of the raid wipes, however this is pretty much more a lucky break than anything else.
Engineers are now Hunter friendly with their ability to make an arrow making device.
One of the items that should be cool but ends up costing a fortune is the Field Repair Bot, costs a bit to make and then when it’s used in a raid rips everyone off with full price repairs, I swear Blizzard should have given Engineers a cut of the profits in repairs, how cool would that be LOL
