Enchanting
Enchanting is one of them profession that when you get to level 375 you really should not drop this profession as unlike may counter parts you can eventually find better items in high end raids and with enchanting you can always make your gear that bit better, and unique to enchanters only, they can enchant both of their rings.
One of the good things about enchanting is the ability to disenchant items, this is very handy if your profession makes lots of items that you can’t sell easily but you will pretty much always find a market for dusts, essences and shards.
As a rule of thumb you stand a higher chance of getting dust from armour then from weapons, and that in turn makes it a higher chance to get essences from weapons and from armour but you can of course still get both from each. Shards normally come from blue items and type of shard changes depending on what level the item is.
Enchanting is currently the only profession that you can’s trade via the Auction House, instead you need to sell them via the trade channel however it’s been reported that this will change in a future patch.
